OUR FIVE-STEP PROCESS:
Step One: Scan
We spend a lot of time researching your industry, your competitors, your market. We pester you with questions. We stare at computer monitors and books. We drink a lot of coffee and remind each other to blink.
Step Two: Tune In
We gather all our information together and brainstorm. We collaborate with you, with each other, with other creatives we've brought in, with our reflections in the mirror. We spin around in our office chairs and make clucking noises with our tongues.
Step Three: Amplify
We come up with something. Something fantastic. Something amazing. We scrap it and come up with something even better. We work. Draw. Program. Plot. Sweat. Swear. We crank the volume on that something 'til it's the biggest, baddest something we ever made. We have a nap.
Step Four: Feedback
We show it to you. You squeal with joy and shower us with praise. You tell us what you like and what you don't. We retreat to our lair. We tweak. We fine tune. We adjust. We perfect. We show it to you again and this time your eyes fill with awestruck tears. You like it. It is good.
