We're here because we love what we do. We can't help it. If we lost our computers we'd be designing on napkins. Walls. With sticks in the dirt. Our creativity is sparked by the world around us. We're inspired by the messages transmitted by others - the package on the grocery store shelf, the torn magazine page discarded on the street, the ad that interrupts our favorite TV show - and these transmissions compel us to throw our signals in the mix.
We've been brought together by Adam Leon, Transmitter's creative director. Eleven years of digital design, art direction and project management inspired him to form a company that draws from and contributes to Toronto's huge pool of artistic and creative talent. Through community support initiatives and internal content development projects, we've established strong ties to the local independent arts scene and love lending our support to projects and causes we believe in.
